Entrants have proven they are capable of being very quick off the mark with the entry for the club event very nearly full in just ten days. It’s still worth puting in an entry to join the unseeded list here. With no entries for the NatB event it’s likely all 15 reserves for the clubman event will get a run, get your entries in ASAP

Gwendraeth Valley Motor Club is happy to announce the second round of the WAMC Junior Challenge The Welsh Dragon Tyre Road Rally 2012. This is the second event in Gwendraeth valley motor clubs 40th anniversary year.k

This year’s event will start from Pontyberem C.P School and finish at the clubhouse in Pontyberem R.F.C and will consist of a 100 miles on the classic lanes of Gwendraeth Valley with a total of 99% metalled roads being used.

Rali Cwm Gwendraeth 2012 – Seeded Entry List & Finals

With just a week to go until Rali Cwm Gwendraeth 2012 (at the time of writing) on 19th February at Pembrey the seeding is done on a healthy entry. This event is both season opener for the Welsh Association Of Motor Clubs’ tarmacadam championship and Gwendraeth Valley Motor Clubs’ 40th anniversary celebratory year. The club’s generous gift to the rallying community of £40 off the usual entry fee was warmly received by those that qualified. The early birds caught the £40 thank you from GVMC on this occasion.

Gwendraeth Valley Motor Club are happy to announce the WAMC Tarmacadam Championship season opening Rali Cwm Gwendraeth 2012. Pembrey will play host to this perennial season opening blast that also marks the start of Gwendraeth Valley Motor Club’s 40th anniversary year. A celebratory year for the club that will begin with an anniversary gift to competitors* of £1 off the entry fee for every year the club has existed. That’s £40 off! We really hope we get to give lots of competitors this wonderful anniversary gift – please, take us up on it and make it a great day!

At just £160** Rali Cwm Gwendraeth 2012 is fantastic value for money. Even if you don’t intend on doing the WAMC Tarmacadam Rally Championship this event at that great price makes for a good shakedown event ahead of the Tour of Epynt. It’s much easier to address little issues at Pembrey than up on Epynt’s sprawling stages.
